Why am I getting a declined message when depositing?

Declines usually come down to a few quick checks. Try these in order:

  1. Confirm your card/payment details are entered exactly as shown by your provider.
  2. Check your account balance has enough funds and try again.
  3. Review your limits: you may have reached a deposit limit you set or an online spending limit (My Account → Limits).
  4. If it still fails, try a different payment method or contact us on Live Chat and we’ll help you get back in the game.
