My deposit is missing.

If the amount was deducted from your bank but not credited to your account, it usually returns to your bank within 3 working days (weekends excluded).

• Which payment method did you use?
• How much did you try to deposit?
• When did you attempt the deposit?
• Were the funds deducted from your bank account?

If funds were deducted, please provide:

• Bank statement showing transaction code, time, and amount.
• Screenshot from your e-wallet (Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller) showing the transaction.

Once we have this information, we’ll escalate the case to our payment team and keep you updated until it’s resolved.
