Once your withdrawal has been processed and sent from our side, it usually takes 1–5 bank days for the funds to appear in your bank account or e-wallet.
Please remember weekends and public holidays don’t count as bank days.
If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived after this time, contact us and provide:
- Bank statement (PDF): showing your IBAN number and all payment transactions from the withdrawal date until today.
- Screenshot from your e-wallet (Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller): showing all payment transactions from the withdrawal date until today.
Once we receive these documents, we’ll escalate your case to our payment team for investigation.
